PROGRAM ROOMS

Wonder Years Child Care strives to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to be encouraged, explore and grow.
The educators at Wonder Years make intentional choices of materials and carefully orchestrate the environment. Educators also influence play-based learning through their own participation in children’s play choices; they may introduce more materials that enhance, extend or scaffold children’s learning, and they prompt children towards the learning goals with open-ended questions and comments.
TODDLER PROGRAM
Our Toddler Program is licensed for 10 children ages 18 months - 30 months.
PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
Our Preschool Program is licensed for 16 children ages 30 months - 4 years.
Our Toddler and Preschool programs provide areas of learning that incorporate play-based materials and activities that the children will find engaging and fun. Our learning environment will be inspiring, stimulating, and nurturing, and welcomes all children and his/her interests. The classroom will be a place that children can feel safe to learn, play and explore. It will be organized in a way that supports the child’s social and emotional development as well as cognitive learning.
SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM
Our School Age Program is licensed for 30 children ages 4 years - 12 years. Wonder Years offers before and after school care for school aged children as well as a full day program during March Break and Summer.
Due to Wonder Years being a small facility, our School Age Program is run out of the Norwich United Church, located at 80 Main Street West. Norwich, Ontario.
